Another nice feature about this model is the endless warm water. This system does not have any kind of storage tank to hold warm water, but instead warms up the water as it goes through the seat. Because it can continually warm water, you don’t have to worry about it getting cold before you are done using it. 

As you might expect from a nice bidet style seat, it is heated for additional comfort. Even though this is convenient year round, most customers appreciate this feature the best during the cold winter months. Sitting down on a cold seat and then using the warm water wash combined would be a strange feeling to be sure.

The two features that customers seem to like most are the heated seat and swash. The seat is convenient and is especially a big hit with women. Because using the restroom is sometimes a time of mixed feelings (both relief and embarrassment), it is nice to have something a bit more comforting (such as a warm seat) to help calm the user.

The warm water wash tends to convert most people very quickly. Although the idea of it does seem a bit weird to most, the majority of people tend to enjoy it after using it once or twice.

Finally, the easy installation also is a popular feature. Because you do not need to change the plumbing at all it can be completely installed within one hour. 

That said, there are a few negative reviews that said the hot water heater breaks after several months.
